Ingredients:
1/4 cup sliced cherry tomatoes
2 slices sprouted whole wheat bread
2 large eggs
1 avocado, smashed
1/2 tbsp oil

Instructions:
  • First step is Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Crack the eggs into the pan and cook for 3-5 minutes until crispy and cooked through.
  • And then, Spread the mashed avocado onto one slice of bread. Top with sliced tomatoes, the egg, microgreens, and the second slice of bread.
