Iced Oatmeal Raisin Cookies

Ingredients:
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup packed light brown sugar
1 cup sugar
3 large eggs
1 cup shortening

Instructions:
First step is In a large bowl, cream the shortening and sugars until light and fluffy. Beat in eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Beat in vanilla. Combine the flour, baking soda, salt and cinnamon. Add to creamed mixture, just until combined. Stir in the oats, raisins and pecans if desired.
