2 teaspoons coarse kosher salt (not fine salt)
2 lb. extra lean ground beef
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 medium onion, finely chopped (6 oz)
Olive oil spray for the baking dish

Instructions:
  • First step is Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Spray a 2-quart baking dish with olive oil.
