Ingredients:
2 tbsp organic cane sugar
⅓ cup cold, solid coconut oil*
A pinch of sea salt
3 to 4 tbsp ice water
1 cup all purpose flour

Instructions:
  • First step is Preheat oven to 400°F and line a cookie sheet with parchment paper or a non-stick silicon mat.
  • And then, CRUST: In a large mixing bowl, add flour and salt. Use a pastry blender to cut cold coconut oil into flour until mixture resembles bread crumbs. Add water 1 tbsp at a time until a shaggy dough comes together.
