1/4 cup baby spinach leaves (optional)
1/2 cup ice cubes
1/2 cup unsweetened plain almond milk ((or 1⁄2 cup canned full fat coconut milk)
1/2 cup cherries (fresh or frozen)
1 - 2 scoops protein powder
