Ingredients:
1/2 cup white wine or broth
4 cloves garlic , chopped or crushed
1/4 cup olive oil , divided
1 medium onion , minced
16 oz small button mushrooms (1 pound)

Instructions:
  • First step is Brush the mushrooms clean. Keep the mushrooms whole, or if they are large, cut them in half.
