Ingredients:
1 teaspoon dried oregano
pinch red pepper flakes
4 garlic cloves - finely minced
28 ounce (800 grams) can crushed or “pulped” tomatoes
1 Tablespoon extra virgin olive oil

Instructions:
  • First step is Place oil, garlic, and red pepper flakes in a cold medium saucepan and warm over medium heat until the garlic becomes fragrant and just starts to sizzle, about 1 minute. Be careful not to let the garlic brown.
