Slow Cooker Beef Tips With Mushroom Gravy


Ingredients:
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1/3 cup plus 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour, divided
3 pounds beef round, rump, or pot roast
2 teaspoons kosher salt
1 pound cremini mushrooms, halved

Instructions:
  • First step is Place the mushrooms in a 6-quart or larger slow cooker; set aside. Trim off any large pieces of fat from the roast and cut into 2-inch pieces. Place in a large bowl, add 1/3 cup of the flour, the salt and pepper, and toss to combine.
